UG Connectors
Delta Electronics’ UG RF connectors are available in many sizes and frequencies to suit a wide range of applications. These robust connectors are offered in the following types, primarily featuring nickel plating and silver or gold contacts:

MIL-PRF-39012 Connectors
MIL-PRF-39102 (M39012) coaxial cable connectors are QPL’d and include BNC, N, SMA and TNC series options. These connectors are designed with bayonet threading and gold plating on captivated contacts, ensuring minimal insertion loss and consistent electrical contact over time and exposure to the environment.
BNC, N, and TNC series connectors feature silver-plated brass bodies and gold-plated, captivated contacts. SMA series connectors feature passivated stainless-steel bodies (with the exception of select cable connectors where the body tail and sleeve are gold-plated to allow soldering of the cable braid) and gold-plated captive contacts.

MIL-PRF-55339 Adapters
MIL-PRF-55339 (M55339) coaxial connector adapters are QPL’d and include BNC, N, SMA and TNC series options. The adapters are offered both in and between series and in straight, right angle, tee and bulkhead – as well as hermetically sealed — options.
BNC, N, and TNC series adapters feature silver-plated brass bodies and gold-plated, captivated contacts. SMA series adapters feature passivated stainless-steel bodies (with the exception of select cable connectors where the body tail and sleeve are gold-plated to allow soldering of the cable braid) and gold-plated captive contacts.

VITA 67 Housings
Delta Electronics’ VITA 67 solutions include 4-position (VITA 67.1) and 8-position (VITA 67.2) RF connector housings designed for 3U and 6U formats within the OpenVPX architecture. Designed to blind mate daughtercards to motherboards, SMPM RF contacts provide +/- .010” radial misalignment tolerance and excellent return loss up to 40 GHz. The 4- and 8-position housings are precision-machined from stainless steel or aluminum. They are available with pre-loaded SMPM adapters or cost-effective, direct snap-in/cable-mount SMPM contacts. Right angle daughtercard solutions are offered with direct snap-in SMPM contacts for both .047” and .086” flexible semi-rigid cable.
